Registration Details
At least one author of the accepted paper must register with appropriate conference fee to include the paper in the 6th ICEPE 2024 conference Program and publication.
Guidelines
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register on/before 31st May 2024.
- Unregistered papers will not be included in the final program for presentation and publication.
- Each full fee registration is entitled to present/publish only one (1) accepted paper with maximum of six pages. Extra two pages (i.e. maximum of 8 pages) may be allowed with over length page charge of Rs. 2000 / $ 25 per page.
- Please keep a copy of the Payment Transaction ID, generated by the payment gateway / by your bank. You may need these later in registration process or if you need to track your payment/registration.
- The paid registration fee is non-refundable.
- The eligible authors are requested to provide the scan copy of valid IEEE membership card / Student Institute ID proof during the registration process.
- To complete the registration process, the authors must fill the below Google Form (separately for each paper ID) after making the payment. The late registration is allowed with 10% extra conference fee till 31.05.2024.
- Registering author must refer the category of eligible registration. Please see below the registration fees for different author category.

- Receipt will be provided in the name of registered author only.
- Any one of the authors/co-authors can present the accepted paper.
- The authors can pay the conference registration fee through NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS/ Direct Deposit/ Swift Transfer to the following bank account.
